How many people can stay in the house?
Up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms across 180 m². The master bedroom has 35 m², a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with sea views. There is also a split-level room with 2 single beds, a room with a double bed and a room with 2 double beds. A cot is available free of charge on request.
How far is it to the sea and the beach?
The property sits directly on the water. Through the garden you reach your private sea access with jetty. Padrele beach with its shallow entry is about 250 m away, Punta beach about 800 m.
Can I bring my own boat?
Yes. Your boat can be moored at the jetty right in front of the house, and there is a mooring buoy as well. Marina Dalmacija is about 3 km away and offers slipways and service.
Can I rent a boat or jet ski locally?
Yes, by arrangement. Ante organises a boat or jet ski with local providers and tells you honestly what is worth it.
Is the house suitable for children?
Yes. The garden can be fully closed off and offers plenty of space to play. The shallow Padrele beach is a few minutes' walk away. Children of all ages are welcome.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. Let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and everything will be ready.
What is the minimum stay?
3 nights. In high season from mid June to the end of August it is 7 nights.
What costs come on top of the nightly rate?
A one-time €150 final cleaning fee. On arrival a €300 damage deposit is left in cash and returned at departure. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, parking and bicycles are included.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Yes. There are two free parking spaces at the house and Wi-Fi throughout.
Is the house comfortable outside summer too?
Yes. Every room has air conditioning that cools and heats. The ground floor also has underfloor heating. The house stays bright and comfortable in spring and autumn as well.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not permitted. The house is also non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.
How does booking work?
You send a non-binding inquiry via the booking calendar, WhatsApp or email. We check availability and usually reply personally within 12 hours. Only our confirmation turns it into a booking. Nothing is paid on the website.
How do I get from Zadar Airport to the house?
The airport is 8 km away. By car or taxi you are there in about 15 minutes. We are happy to help arrange a transfer.
