An original Dalmatian house, renovated to a high standard.

The house has 180 m², four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Up to ten guests can stay here. It was completely renovated in 2023 and kept its character along the way.

The 2023 renovation

The house was renovated from the ground up in 2023. The wiring and plumbing are new, and so are the floors. The large windows bring plenty of light into the house and open up the view of the water.

The result is a well-kept home away from home, right on the sea.

Four bedrooms with a clear layout.

Up to ten guests spread across four bedrooms. All rooms are bright and quiet, and three of them have a balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 1 (master, 35 m²)

Double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and a balcony with direct sea views. The best spot for the first coffee of the day.

Bedroom 2 (split-level)

Two single beds on two levels. Kids usually claim this room first.

Bedroom 3

Double bed and a balcony overlooking the water.

Bedroom 4

Two double beds and a balcony with sea views. Good for families sharing a room.

Living area

Bright living and dining area with satellite TV and a games console. Even with ten people it never feels crowded.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped, from the dishwasher and oven to the espresso machine. Nothing is missing for cooking for a big group.

Three bathrooms

Two bathrooms have large walk-in showers, and there is a third bathroom as well. Nobody has to queue in the morning. Towels are provided.
