A private jetty changes the whole holiday.
The jetty sits right in front of the garden. You can swim before breakfast and the boat stays overnight at the house instead of in a marina. That is exactly what sets this house apart from most others.
Jetty and buoy right in front of the house.
The jetty sits directly in front of the garden. A boat you bring or rent can moor there, and there is a buoy as well. Only a few metres lie between the house and the boat.
If you do not bring your own boat, you can rent one through Ante. A jet ski can also be arranged. Ante will tell you honestly what is worth doing in which weather.

A boat or jet ski is available by arrangement. Kiting works when the wind is right.
Sailing and Marina Dalmacija
One of the largest marinas on the Adriatic is about 3 km away. Practical for crews and charter days.

Trips to the Kornati are easy to plan on site or arrange with local providers.
Water sports right outside the door.
The bay off Bibinje is a relaxed playground. The water is usually calm in the morning and a thermal wind often picks up in the afternoon. The photos below were taken right here.
Swimming and beach with children.
You step into the water directly from the property. For children, Padrele beach with its shallow entry is the better choice, about 250 m away. The garden can be closed off and the sea still stays just a few steps away.
